ITC Holdings
Novi, Michigan

Gillett Associates was selected to design the corporate headquarters and operations facility for rapidly growing ITC Holdings. Phase One of the project consists of a six story office tower with an attached two story Control and Operations Facility, an enclosed outdoor Mechanical and Electrical courtyard, a three story parking deck and the development of the 86 acre site including extensive security features, a Helistop, a Guardhouse and site amenities. Phase Two will consist of a second office tower and a four story parking deck. Phase One is complete with the owner taking occupancy after only 19 months of design and construction.
Palazzo di Bocce
Orion Township, Michigan

The Palazzo di Bocce, the vision of owner and general contractor Anthony Battaglia, incorporates a full service restaurant and ten indoor bocce courts and is considered by many to have the finest bocce courts in the world. The facility is made up of two distinct areas that allow for the general public and for private parties to simultaneously utilize the facility. The venue also serves as the Bocce center for the United States holding many tournaments including the Bocce World Championships.
Little River Resort and Casino
Manistee, Michigan

Gillett Associates, was responsible for the design of a new casino and hotel resort for the Little River Band of Ottawa Indians. The multi-faceted project consisted of 100 acres of master planning, 200 hotel rooms, 100-site RV park, conference center, and 100,000 square feet of entertainment space. The casino has been a great success for the tribe and contributed greatly to the economy of the Manistee area.
