This Regional Center was designed to accommodate the climate concerns of Southern Florida and a short construction schedule. The shell construction consists of 'tilt-up' concrete panels finished with the flare of light colors suited to the local area. The facility has a large highbay storage area with a two story office structure that features a two story atrium and open main stair. The overall design and construction fit well with the client needs, the local conditions, and the many challenges of building in Miami-Dade County.
