Gillett Associates

Gillett Associates was hired to design a three-story office building to be occupied by Ryder. Ryder occupies 125,000 sq. ft. of space within the building. We were also asked to design Ryder's space as well as the building shell. Features of the building include a two-story main lobby with glass and wood veneer walls and stainless steel accents, Ryder's reception area with custom designed desk, cafeteria space that when opened and combined with the training area will hold 400 people and Board Room with an etched frosted glass wall. The main floor contains the tenant support functions such as training, cafeteria, mail, server and deliveries. The upper two floors were designed to hold 500 people along with various support functions as well.

We were able to bring together two of Ryder's existing office locations into one building with very satisfying results for all the parties involved.
