Gillett Associates

Gillett Associates was retained to design a speculative office building to be the premier building in the Haggerty Corporate Office Centre and also to act as the “Gateway”, along 12 mile road, to the City of Novi. In order to tie the building in with the other offices in the park, similar design elements were incorporated such as face brick, ribbon windows and glazing down to the floor at the building corners. In addition, a significant amount of cast stone was incorporated into the design to define the Main Entries, exterior stairwells and accent bands around the building.
